Vipeor Digital (“we”, “us”) is a Hong Kong based digital marketing agency that manages Google Ads and Meta advertising for e-commerce sellers in Hong Kong and mainland China. This Privacy Policy applies to the website vipeor.com and to the client services we provide. We handle personal data in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) and, where applicable, the mainland China Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL).

Through this website we collect: (a) information you submit via our contact and inquiry forms, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the details of your message; (b) newsletter subscription data, consisting of your email address; (c) usage data collected automatically, such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and referring source. As part of client engagements we may also process business information you provide to us, such as advertising account access, campaign performance data, and correspondence.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal data to: respond to your inquiries and provide requested information; deliver and improve our advertising management services; send newsletters you have subscribed to (with an unsubscribe option in every email); measure website usage and improve the site; meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your information for unrelated purposes.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and, through Google Site Kit, Google Analytics statistics that help us understand how visitors use the site. We keep inquiry and correspondence data for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period thereafter; newsletter data until you unsubscribe; and client engagement data for the duration of the engagement and as long as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to stop sending you marketing communications, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to personnel who need it to perform their work. Our service providers may process data outside Hong Kong; where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those platforms provide and transfer data only for the purposes described in this policy.
